Pow Wow Personal Gear and Clothing Checklist

You can use this list as is, or download a copy and make outpost specific additions.

🧥 Clothing (3 Days / 2 Nights)

• Outpost Uniform and Accessories
• At least 3 shirts (Reccommend Moisture-wicking T-shirts)
• 1 pair lightweight long pants (evening)
• 2 pairs athletic shorts
• Socks (Due to humidity bring more than 3)
• Underwear
• Sleepwear
• Hoodie or jacket
• Rain poncho or rain jacket
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Swimsuit
• Water shoes or sandals with heel strap (Avoid loose flip-flops only)

🛏️ SLEEPING GEAR

• Sleeping bag or blanket
• Pillow
• Sleeping pad, cot, or air mattress (recommended)

🧼 TOILETRIES

• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste
• Soap
• Deodorant
• Hair brush/comb
• Towel
• Washcloth
• Shower sandals

📘 CAMP ITEMS

• Cut and Chop Card
• Reusable water bottle or canteen
• Flashlight or headlamp
• Reusable water bottle or canteen
• Extra batteries for flashlight
• Mosquito spray
• Sunscreen
• Small personal first aid kit (Bandaids etc)

💵 OPTIONAL

• Money for snack bar / camp store
• Neck Gaiter or Buff
• Trash Bag for wet clothes/dirty clothes
• Sunglasses

📦 PACKING HINTS

• Write your name on everything.
• Do NOT pack in plastic or paper bags.
• Use a sturdy backpack, duffel bag, or utility bag.
• Pack at least one day before departure.
• Bring extra socks — wet feet happen.

• Handheld gaming systems
• Fireworks
• Any knife other than a standard pocket knife
• Food in tents
• Anything you know should not be brought
